Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong management, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost, consultants and client relation;

  • Attend regular site meeting, organize, and prioritize work;
  • To monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects;
  • To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives, architects and subcontractors

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in Building Studies / Construction Management / Architectural / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
  • Member of HKIE, CIOB, HKICM, HKIS will be an advantage;
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in building construction is required;
  • Hands on experience in handling/fit-out/A&A projects and well versed in regulations of Building Department;

Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide support in tendering and cost estimation;
  • To liaise and collaborate with relevant parties in carrying out cost management, contract administration and QS works;
  • To monitor budgetary cost control and undertake cash-flow projection;
  • To prepare and monitor commercial accounts and records;
  • Administration of sub-contracts, budgeting, measurement, material procurement, payments, VO, claim, final accounts;
  • Assist in contractual and project management work of a multi-disciplinary E & M project;

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma standard or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in contract administration, VO, claim and final account settlement are an advantage;
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in estimating, tendering and post contract activities;
  • Strong pricing skills and practical experience in tender process;
  • Strong negotiation skills, cost and contractual sense;
  • Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, stable and willing to work under pressure;
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site;
  • Planning and scheduling resources for projects;
  • Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents;
  • Providing on-site coordination different trades of sub-contractors, suppliers and clients;
  • Coordinate with internal staff from various departments

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma graduate in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;

  • Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project;
