Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide support in tendering and cost estimation;
  • To liaise and collaborate with relevant parties in carrying out cost management, contract administration and QS works;
  • To monitor budgetary cost control and undertake cash-flow projection;
  • To prepare and monitor commercial accounts and records;
  • Administration of sub-contracts, budgeting, measurement, material procurement, payments, VO, claim, final accounts;
  • Assist in contractual and project management work of a multi-disciplinary E & M project;

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma standard or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in contract administration, VO, claim and final account settlement are an advantage;
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in estimating, tendering and post contract activities;
  • Strong pricing skills and practical experience in tender process;
  • Strong negotiation skills, cost and contractual sense;
  • Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, stable and willing to work under pressure;

  • Strong management, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost, consultants and client relation;
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements;
  • Attend regular site meeting, organize, and prioritize work;
  • To monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects;

Job Requirements:

  • Assist in internal BIM (Building Information Modeling) implementation for construction building projects;
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with different parties including clients, external consultants and internal project team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the usage of BIM models;
  • Develop best practices and standards to facilitate BIM project delivery;
  • Develop BIM workflow

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree / Master or above in Civil Engineering / Building Services / Architecture or BIM related discipline;
  • Minimum 1 year of BIM experience and familiar with BIM applications (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks);
  • Candidates with 3 years and above BIM experience will be considered for the senior position;
